The primary goal of the LAM Foundation is the development of rural communities, the economic and social strengthening of settlements, and the operation of programs that support the professional development and improved quality of life of the local population.

Registration is done via an online application form or in person at the foundation’s office. The registration becomes valid once the advance payment of the course fee has been made.

The duration of the courses varies by program. Our offer includes short thematic workshops of 1–2 days, as well as longer, accredited courses lasting several weeks.

We organize both weekday and weekend groups to accommodate participants' schedules.

Most courses are open to beginners and do not require previous professional knowledge. Any specific entry requirements are listed in the course description.

After successfully passing the final exam, accredited courses provide state-recognized certificates (certificate of completion or qualification certificate). Non-accredited programs provide a certificate of participation.

According to EU standards applied in Romania, theoretical classes make up 1/3 of the total number of hours, while practical classes account for the remaining 2/3.

The possibility of making up classes differs from course to course. We aim to be flexible and, if necessary, arrange individual solutions.

The course fee always includes the teaching materials. The foundation provides the tools and materials required for practical sessions. If additional contributions from participants are needed due to specific requirements or for smoother work, instructors will inform participants in advance.

Yes, certain longer courses offer the option of paying in installments. Detailed information is provided during the registration process.

Yes. The annual joint PhD scholarship of the LAM Foundation and LAM Microcredit supports young researchers in higher education. Applicants must be Romanian residents under 40 years old, enrolled at an accredited university, and have active doctoral student status. Full conditions are included in the current year's call for applications.

The scholarship holder must prepare a professional study or research material and, after the funding period, carry out professional activities in a specified form.

Donations can be made via bank transfer to the accounts listed on the website. Accounts are available in RON, EUR, and HUF.
